Q: Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Q: Can I return lip gloss or liners?
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.
Q: What should I do if my item is damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the product.
