Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location.
We deliver within Ghana and selected nearby areas. Shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery location.

Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

To request a return, contact us with your order details and a photo of the product.

Conditions for returns:
– Item must be unused
– Item must be in original packaging
– Request must be made within 24 hours

Non-returnable items:
Lip gloss, lip liners, and blush cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
